  • Welcome to my Blog!

I hope you take a look around, love what you see and drop me a quick Hello. I’d love to hear from you!

I am a wedding and portrait photographer located in beautiful Victoria, B.C. I am available in the Greater Victoria area, Vancouver Island and beyond. I photograph relationships in a relaxed, natural and timeless way. I want to photograph your relationships – who you are, how you feel about each other as a family or couple, the tiny details that truly capture who you are. I help guide you as needed so you know what to do in front of the camera and I capture candid moments where you don’t even know I’m there. I want you to have as much fun creating these images as I do.

Let’s chat and see how we can work together. Send me an email using the contact form or call #250.472.0616.

When I got the call, I could hardly believe it. Jaren is graduating this year! Where does the time go? Jaren and my daughter used to be on the same swim team, and I’ve photographed their family a few years ago. I’m not ready for these kids to grow up! Jaren’s mom, Wanda, wanted to […]

Connor’s mom and I have been friends for years; we met through swimming with our kids, then we swam on the same master’s team for awhile. Her boys and my girls are the same ages. She heard that the casting director for Grace Point, at TV show currently filming here in Victoria, was looking to […]

This fall, Nyah officially entered the realm of teenager. She is a lovely one at that. She has a tender heart and is almost always happy. For her “School” pictures this year,  she chose to go to Hatley Castle, one of her favourite places. Unlike her sister’s session downtown, we had the grounds all to […]

I never buy the annual school photos. They are usually so awful and boring, and don’t reflect my children’s true personality. We typically head to a park together as a family near the start of each year, and the kids get a turn in front of my camera. This year, my daughter, Caesha, wanted to […]

Playing ball is in their blood. They both played for years and became friends along the way. Six years ago their friendship become something more serious. When they are not busy caring for his daughter and their 2 year old son, they still play slow pitch together. We met at Hatley Castle on a foggy […]

I love photographing families. Especially this family. Both times I’ve worked with them have been wonderfully uplifting. Bright, happy, confident and outgoing are just a few adjectives I could use to describe them all, the children in particular. Greg and Sue wanted to commemorate the start of Kindergarten for Amy, like they did with Elliot […]

One of my favourite times of year is the annual Cady Family Portraits. Getting to watch these beautiful children grow up, and becoming friends with this family is a great blessing in my life. They are lovely people and a lovely family, inside and out. This year, they introduced me to Cole’s Bay in Sidney. […]

The best thing about being a family photographer is the opportunity to watch families grow. I photographed the Jubb family just after Albert was born, and again last year when Janet and Ben were married. We met at Government House this year for their family portraits. They are a beautiful and happy family. I love […]
