  • Welcome to my Blog!

I hope you take a look around, love what you see and drop me a quick Hello. I’d love to hear from you!

I am a wedding and portrait photographer located in beautiful Victoria, B.C. I am available in the Greater Victoria area, Vancouver Island and beyond. I photograph relationships in a relaxed, natural and timeless way. I want to photograph your relationships – who you are, how you feel about each other as a family or couple, the tiny details that truly capture who you are. I help guide you as needed so you know what to do in front of the camera and I capture candid moments where you don’t even know I’m there. I want you to have as much fun creating these images as I do.

Let’s chat and see how we can work together. Send me an email using the contact form or call #250.472.0616.

I love when clients introduce […]

I have seen Rebecca several times at the swimming pool, where she trains and competes with Island Swimming at the national level. I had always thought […]

Kim contacted me about doing family portraits while her daughter Lindsey was briefly home from university, before she headed off to grad school. This close-knit family was fun to talk with and photograph. We headed down to Mount Doug Beach for their session.

Heidi contracted me several months ago about photographing their family reunion. She was coming from Toronto to Victoria with her husband, Glen and their newborn twins for Easter to spend the week with his family, and to take a break from medical school. We met at Van Treight Park on one of the few dry […]

As I’ve said before, I love watching children grow up in front of my lens. I’ve had the blessing of photographing this family a few times, and watching the family grow as well as the children is a gift. We had a beautiful spring day at the Finnerty Gardens at UVic.

Debra contacted me about taking her family portrait. Her second oldest son was leaving to serve as a missionary, and she would have her whole family of six kids together for just one weekend before he left. All week leading up to our shoot, the forecast was for rain and snow. And the weather was […]

I have had a terrific year meeting many new people, watching families and children grow, witnessing families begin, and capturing all these relationships with my camera. For the rest of the week, I will blog some of my favourite images of 2011. Today, in no particular order, is family. This one always makes me smile. […]
